What can a Free user actually do?

Every tier gets the core toolset: memory CRUD, code intelligence, and the verify hallucination gate.

Free also gets a monthly sample of headline paid tools: 50 recall(answer) + code(locate/impact), 5 code(ingest), and 50 recall(explore) calls per month.

What happens if a Free user tries a Pro+ action like recall(explore)?
